Participant (Athlete) Information: Participant’s first-last name, date of birth (for age group determination), and kit/uniform size (for the planning of the sports organization and training groups).
Financial Information: Bank transfer receipts shared after payment (for financial obligations and registration verification).
2. Data Sharing and International Transfer
The collected personal data are shared with the main organizer of the camp, Villarreal CF Academy (Spain), and the mandatory operational business partners/suppliers of the organization, strictly limited to the purposes of establishing and executing the camp contract, running the camp, verifying participant eligibility, preparing required materials (kits, certificates, etc.), managing potential insurance/health processes, and fulfilling legal obligations. Outside of this scope, your information is strictly not shared or sold to third parties for commercial or any other purposes.
3. Payment Security
Your credit card or bank account details are never recorded or stored on our website. Payments are processed through the banks’ own secure payment pages (3D Secure) or directly via bank transfer (EFT/Wire Transfer) methods.
